With limited resources to handle after hour call services, Bamberg Board of Public Works’ partnered with Daupler to provide a solution to a problem.  Daupler is a company based out of Kansas City, Missouri.  Daupler does far more than Manage After-Hours Call Servicing however.  They provide an excellent Response Management for BPW and reduce direct after hours calls.  Daupler Notify is a tool we use to provide a mass notification to customers in Emergency situations such as Boil Water Notices or Power Outage Notification.  To see their full array of capabilities, check out their website at https://daupler.com/.
