Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all BPW properties
-Completes daily rounds on all Bamberg Board of Public BPW) properties.
– Coordinate with laborers for specialized repairs or installations
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
– Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
– Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues-
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Customer service-oriented mindset
